Your host being very fond of the culinary arts, 3 different
types of cuisine are served at her table :
- The local regional style : made from varied
locally-produced food, fruit and vegetables bought from
local markets, including the "Bobosse" meat
store, nationwide famous and located only a few miles
away.
- The Traditional style : typical French cooking
from various regions.
- The Creative Cooking : a more personal style,
inspired by classical recipes, but revisited and lightened
in a flavoury and tasty fashion.
