Quiétude d'un soir
An Evening's Quietness
Guest Rooms in Guéreins
|
|
The Setting
Located in the old part of Guéreins, 'An Evening's
Quietness' has been a small farm house for 5 generations,
restored in the region's authentic style. This part
of the village was built by the monk Simond in the 17th
century, hence the name of the street leading to the
"cul de sac" of the footbridge.
Very close to the ford of the small river Callonne,
which empties into the Saône a few hundred yards
away from the house, the guest rooms are an ideal place
to stay for their quietness and country feel.
Before dinner, our guests will be happy to go for a
short 30 minute-walk near the house, to stretch their
legs after a long drive.
